This service allows you to manage your tenancy on-line.
To register you will need your
tenancy reference number
your surname
your date of birth, and
a valid e-mail address
You will be asked to create your own user name and password.
Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation e-mail and you will have to click on the link to activate your access.
In the future we intend to send all correspondence electronically. If you would prefer to receive postal correspondence, please un-tick the box displayed on the next page (after you have selected your username and password). Please note that if one joint tenant agrees then all correspondence will be sent electronically in the future.
